Jade Affiliated Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
Jade Affiliated warrants its motorcycle wheels to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What is Covered
This warranty covers the following:

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Structural integrity of the wheel under normal riding conditions.
Paint and finish defects reported within the first 6 months from the date of purchase.

3. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or improper installation.
Wheels used in racing, stunt riding, or off-road conditions (unless specified for such use).
Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or corrosion due to neglect, poor maintenance, or harsh environmental conditions.
Modification or alterations made to the wheels by unauthorized parties.
Normal wear and tear including bearings, seals, or other components considered consumables.

4. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:

Contact our customer service team at 714-494-4991 or via sales@jadeaf.com.
Provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected wheel(s).
If required, return the product for inspection (shipping costs to be borne by the claimant initially).

After evaluation, if the claim is approved, Jade Affiliated will, at its discretion, either:

Repair the defective wheel/finish, or
Replace it with the same or equivalent model.

5. Limitations of Liability
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Jade Affiliated shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

Under no circumstances will refunds be issued on any warranty work being performed by Jade Affiliated.
